Gentle Yoga

A mindful and gentle practice focusing on maintaining good bone health and improving core strength and balance. Elements of meditation and pranayama breathing techniques will bring a sense of deeper connection and calm to the practice.

Props recommended: A pair of 4″ thick yoga blocks (not the skinny kind). These are available online for around $12-$15. A blanket and strap.

Fridays 4-5pm Pacific Time
Hatha Yoga

A beginner-intermediate asana practice focusing on building strength and flexibility in all areas of the body. The emphasis will be on correct alignment and breathwork. Meditation and pranayama will round out the practice.

Props recommended: A pair of 4″ thick yoga blocks (not the skinny kind). These are available online for around $12-$15. A blanket and strap.
